The Opportunity
Are you passionate about Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? Join SEPHORA UK as our Supply and Sustainability Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting initiatives that make a positive environmental impact. This internship provides the opportunity to coordinate and administer CSR activities across Sephora UK, working with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Coordinating and administering CSR activities across Sephora UK, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability objectives.
- Facilitating the cross‑functional CSR monthly committee to drive collaboration and track progress.
- Creating and maintaining an initiative tracker to measure the impact of CSR activities, including setting specific targets for each initiative.
- Producing communications across the UK business, including a monthly newsletter, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in sustainability initiatives.
- Acting as the point of contact (POC) for the EME sustainability community, aligning with the team as the UK Champion.
- Representing Sephora on the British Beauty Council, advocating for sustainable practices within the beauty industry.
- Connecting with key partners, such as DHL, EVRI, packaging suppliers, charities, and recyclers, to support sustainability initiatives.
- Delivering the retail takeback programme across all UK stores, ensuring successful implementation and tracking of results.

What You Need To Know…

- You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
