The Opportunity
As a Skincare Manager at SEPHORA UK, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our skincare vision to life. You’ll lead with expertise, curiosity and passion - creating a space where education, confidence and personalised care come together, and where customers feel supported on their unique skincare journeys. You’ll guide and develop a talented team of Beauty Advisors, elevating their knowledge, service confidence and ability to deliver exceptional, tailored consultations. What you’ll be doing…
- Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and expert skincare consultations.
- Providing ongoing training in skincare knowledge, selling skills, ingredient understanding and personalised recommendation techniques.
- Staying informed on skincare trends, ingredients and innovations to inspire customers and support continuous team learning.
- Driving sales performance through personalised consultations, meaningful engagement and proactive upselling and cross‑selling.
- Resolving customer enquiries and concerns promptly to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Overseeing all skincare operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining an elevated, organised department.
- Partnering with store leadership to deliver compelling promotional campaigns, activations and seasonal skincare moments.
- Ensuring compliance with SEPHORA operational standards across loss prevention, safety and health protocols.
- Conducting performance check‑ins, setting clear goals and supporting personalised development plans.
- Managing Employee Relations topics where needed, including attendance, performance and follow‑up conversations.
- Assist with new store opening activities such as unboxing, organising and preparing stock (where applicable).

- Deep understanding of skincare products, ingredients, brand philosophies and customer needs.
- Strong ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.

- Comfort with in‑store technology to support customer service, inventory and operational efficiency.
