The Opportunity

As our Senior HR Advisor – Retail, you’ll play a key role in supporting our store teams across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR‑related queries, providing clear guidance, driving compliance, and helping shape an inclusive, high‑performing culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, loves being close to the business, and is passionate about enabling teams to do their best work. You’ll work closely with our Retail HR Business Partners, ER Manager, Store Leadership, Training teams, and the wider HR community to support our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Maintaining accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Preparing HR reports and dashboards (absence, turnover, ER activity, KPIs) to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Supporting onboarding activities to ensure all cast members feel connected and informed from day one.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the cast member experience.
  • Providing first‑line HR advice to store managers on performance, absence, conduct, and grievance matters.
  • Partnering with the ER Manager to maintain ER case files and reporting, supporting investigations where needed.
  • Championing wellbeing initiatives to support physical and mental health across the retail population.
  • Supporting the rollout of D&I programmes and training for Beauty Advisors and Store Management.
  • Providing first‑line support on wellbeing queries, flexible working, and reasonable adjustments.
  • Driving internal retail communications (“We Are Sephora”) to keep teams connected and informed.
