The Opportunity
At Sephora, we’re reimagining the future of beauty, and digital excellence is at the heart of that transformation. As our new Paid Social Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving performance across our paid social channels, optimising campaigns that captivate our community and deliver measurable growth. Working as part of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll bring both creativity and analytical strength to the table, balancing data‑led insights with bold ideas that push our campaigns forward. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Sephora shows up across social platforms, collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, wider Marketing teams, and platform partners to maximise impact.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns daily to achieve ambitious ROAS and revenue targets.
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in managing monthly budgets, and partnering with the Performance Marketing Specialist to recommend budget allocation across platforms and campaigns.
- Producing detailed weekly and monthly reports, analysing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Trade, Category Management, CRM, and Brand to ensure campaigns align across all touchpoints.
- Conducting A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve performance and conversion.
- Managing audience segmentation, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies to maximise campaign results.
- Staying ahead of paid social trends, new formats, and best practices, and sharing learnings across the wider team.
- Working closely with platform partners to leverage new opportunities, beta programmes, and support resources while contributing to our testing roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a paid social or performance marketing role, either in‑house or agency side.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with additional knowledge of Reddit and Snapchat preferred.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with confidence managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
