The Opportunity
At Sephora, we’re redefining beauty and how we show up in the digital space is no exception. We’re looking for a Paid Search & Display Executive to join our growing UK Performance Marketing team. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the go-to for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search and display activity. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue and return on ad spend across key digital platforms, while staying at the forefront of paid media trends and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact team and help shape how Sephora shows up across the digital landscape in the UK.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Managing and optimising paid search and display campaigns daily to hit ROAS and revenue targets
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager with budget planning and recommending budget allocation across platforms and campaigns
- Producing detailed weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights and analysis
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Trade, CRM, Category Managers and Brand to ensure full-funnel campaign alignment
- Running A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve conversion and effectiveness
- Conducting keyword research, refining audience targeting, crafting ad copy, and adjusting bidding strategies to drive best-in-class results
- Partnering closely with platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Criteo, RTB House) to test new features and stay ahead of the curve
- Sharing industry trends and platform updates with the wider team regularly
- Communicating test results and performance updates to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations
