The Opportunity

As we continue to accelerate our digital growth, we’re looking for a Paid Search & Display Executive to join our Performance Marketing team. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, this is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery and optimisation of paid search and paid display campaigns. You’ll work closely with the wider team to test, learn and improve performance across key channels, with clear visibility on how your work drives revenue and new customer growth. This role is well suited to someone earlier in their performance marketing career who’s ready to step into a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment, gain exposure to large‑scale retail campaigns, and continue building their technical expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Support the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of paid search (primarily Google Ads) and paid display campaigns to drive revenue and performance against agreed targets.
  • Work alongside the Performance Marketing Manager on campaign planning and budget pacing, contributing insight and recommendations based on performance trends.
  • Monitor campaign results closely, spotting opportunities, issues and areas for improvement, and making timely optimisations.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reporting, turning data into practical insights and learnings.
  • Support ongoing testing across ad copy, formats, targeting, keywords and landing pages to continually improve results.
  • Collaborate with Trade, Category, CRM and Brand teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider commercial and brand priorities.
  • Learn and apply best practice across search and display platforms, staying curious about new features, betas and industry developments.
  • Share testing results and performance learnings with the wider team, helping shape optimisation decisions and future activity.

What You’ll Bring…

  • We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn with a strong interest in how performance marketing drives commercial results.
  • You’re hands‑on, organised, comfortable working with data, and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience in performance marketing, with proven hands‑on delivery across paid search.
  • Experience across additional performance channels (e.g. display) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Practical experience using Google Ads (essential); exposure to Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with managing multiple campaigns or accounts at once – retail experience is beneficial.
  • An interest in testing and optimisation, with an understanding of how data informs performance decisions.
  • Confidence working with numbers and basic reporting, including Excel.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to pick things up quickly in a busy environment.
