The Opportunity
At Sephora UK, our mission is to create the most loved beauty community in the world. As our Retail Education Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day training operations, helping to ensure our Beauty Advisors and store teams are set up for success across all things Education. You'll work closely with our Retail Training Manager and collaborate with Retail Operations, Training, Supply Chain and Store Leadership teams, gaining hands-on exposure while helping elevate the Sephora in-store experience to new heights.
What you'll be doing:
- Serving as the operational heartbeat for key retail training activities, ensuring consistent, high-quality coordination across stores.
- Supporting the setup and execution of high-impact training events from materials and agendas to logistics, onsite support and premium catering.
- Travelling to stores across the UK to support training days, field visits and in-store initiatives.
- Capturing key insights through clear, accurate note taking and sharing summaries with the right stakeholders.
- Supporting store operational readiness for visits, launches and events, while building strong relationships with field teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Retail, Training, Supply Chain, VM, People) to drive smooth, effective project delivery.
- Managing tools, trackers, documents and training materials to keep processes organised and user-friendly.

What you need to know:
- The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
- You will need to hold valid right-to-work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
