The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand on a 6 month FTC. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to develop engaging, high-impact visuals that captivate our audience across digital, social, and in-store experiences. You’ll play a key role in elevating our campaigns, ensuring every visual is both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.

What you’ll be doing…
- You’ll support the creation and execution of impactful visual assets across the full marketing ecosystem, including:
- Designing visually engaging content across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.
- Creating assets for 360° omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Bringing campaigns to life through motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social channels.
- Adapting global creative assets for the UK market whilst maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas, and refine creative concepts.
- Ensuring all creative is optimised for its intended channel, from website and app to email, social, print and OOH.
- Supporting the delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar.
- Staying ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output.
What you’ll bring…
- You’ll be a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class visual content. You will also bring:
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
- Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation.
- A strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and content optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
