As our Brand and Communications Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of what it means to shape a brand’s identity and embed it in the cultural zeitgeist. You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how SEPHORA shows up across the UK - from store openings and pop‑ups to social content, influencer collaborations, and media moments. What you’ll be doing…

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events and brand activations, including store openings, pop‑ups, and product launches.
  • Assisting with PR activity, including drafting communications, helping prepare press materials, and monitoring media coverage.
  • Helping to identify and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors, including managing outreach, gifting, and product seeding.
  • Partnering with the Social & Brand team to support social media content planning, community engagement, and campaign execution.
  • Providing on‑the‑ground support at events to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences.
  • Collaborating with teams across the business – from Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Affiliate Marketing to Merchandising and Store Operations - on a wide range of marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting with reporting, campaign tracking, and gathering insights to help improve future activity.
  • Bringing fresh, creative ideas to team discussions, helping us explore new ways to show up as a brand.

  • A proactive attitude, using your initiative to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Experience or exposure within Marketing, PR, or Events would be a plus.

What you need to know…

  • The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
  • You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
  • This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
