This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand on a 6 month FTC. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to develop engaging, high‑impact visuals that captivate our audience across digital, social, and in‑store experiences. Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of impactful visual assets across the full marketing ecosystem, including designing visually engaging content across digital, print and in‑store touchpoints.
- Create assets for 360‑degree omni‑channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Bring campaigns to life through motion graphics, animations and video content for digital and social channels.
- Adapt global creative assets for the UK market while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas and refine creative concepts.
- Ensure all creative is optimised for its intended channel—from website and app to e‑mail, social, print and OOH.
- Support the delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar.
- Stay ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e‑commerce, beauty or fashion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, typography and motion graphics capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
- Experience in motion design, video editing and animation.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM and content optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
