The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand on a 6 month FTC.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Designing visually engaging content across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Creating assets for 360° omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Bringing campaigns to life through motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social channels.
  • Adapting global creative assets for the UK market whilst maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas, and refine creative concepts.
  • Ensuring all creative is optimised for its intended channel, from website and app to email, social, print and OOH.
  • Supporting the delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar.
  • Staying ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output.

What You’ll Bring...

  • Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
  • Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation.
  • A strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and content optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
