The Opportunity
Sephora UK is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Finance Intern, you’ll support the Senior FP&A and collaborate with teams across the business to understand financial performance and contribute to key reporting and forecasting activities.
What you’ll be doing...
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, analysing key trends, and preparing commentary on performance vs. forecast and prior year.
- Help update forecasting and reporting files to ensure accurate business insights.
- Support the team in gathering data for budget and forecast cycles, working closely with different departments.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and streamlining reporting tasks.
- Work with financial systems and tools to consolidate data for internal and global reporting.

What you need to know...
- The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
- You will need to hold valid right-to-work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
