The Opportunity:

As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients. You'll also play a key role in:

  • Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s values
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • Utilising and exploiting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the District Manager and Director of Stores
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team
  • Energising your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment

  • Creating Amazing Customer Experience: Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.
  • Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations: Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.
  • Developing Sales and Budget Strategies: Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitability and identifying, analysing, and forecasting sales or issues.
  • Enhancing Our Culture: Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Maintaining Results: We love to keep an eye on the KPIs that drive our business. Core metrics help us measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community. You'll also monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.

  • You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity. As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
