We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to lead our brand's presence across social platforms and drive impactful content initiatives across all touchpoints. This role goes beyond social media. You will ideate, develop, and execute content shoots to support local marketing campaigns where relevant, ensuring Sephora's brand comes to life through every piece of content we create. You will own our content strategy from start to finish – setting the vision, shaping the messaging, and guiding execution – while acting as the guardian of our brand voice. From social-first videos and paid ads to campaign imagery and localised shoots, you will blend creativity with strategic thinking to craft content that drives engagement, builds brand affinity, and keeps Sephora culturally relevant.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Developing and executing a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Providing strategic oversight of the content calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, published, and optimised seamlessly across all channels.
- Overseeing the building and nurturing of a strong online community, working closely with Customer Care to actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.
- Monitoring social media channels for mentions of the brand and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and engaging with key influencers and brand advocates.
- Concepting and delivering fresh, trend-led creative ideas for video, imagery, and paid assets that resonate with our audience.
- Ensuring all content reflects our brand identity and is produced with originality, quality, and consistency.
- Championing Sephora's tone of voice across all content touchpoints, from social captions to high-impact campaigns.
- Guiding and overseeing internal and external copywriters to ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent.
- Leading the planning and delivery of video content for brand events, internal communications, and strategic messaging.
- Partnering with our Content Producer and external suppliers to manage briefs, shoots, editing, and approvals to meet brand standards.
