Greenlight Accountancy Ltd is looking for an
Accounts Assistant to join our team in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least
1 year of accounting experience who is looking to work in a supportive and flexible environment.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year accounting/finance experience
- Knowledge and experience in using Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Quick Books (an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)
Key responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing VAT returns
- Working with Excel tables and reports
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Supporting the wider accounting team as required
