As Strategic Change Manager, that involves:

  • Lead end to end change strategy for our transformation programme
  • Build change capability and frameworks to support our Transformation Programme
  • Monitor readiness, adoption and change risks, adjusting plans as needed

This is a highly important role within our Governance, Performance & Engagement portfolio, which means you'll need:

  • Relevant change management qualification, equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10 most likely at Degree level
  • Proven experience leading change in complex transformation environment
  • The role requires broad and comprehensive ability and knowledge to translate strategy into practical change, uses data‐driven insight to measure adoption and impact, and embeds change frameworks to support large‐scale transformation while managing risk and compliance
