The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be a senior figure within the business, responsible for leading from the front in both revenue generation and market expertise. You will own and grow a high-performing desk, develop strategic client partnerships, and play a key role in the business. This is ideal for a top biller who can drive performance, influence others, and contribute to the wider growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and scaling a high-value desk within your specialist market
  • Developing and managing strategic, high-level client relationships
  • Leading business development initiatives and identifying new market opportunities
  • Consistently delivering high billing performance
  • Acting as a subject matter expert within your sector
  • Leading complex negotiations and high-value placements
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior and senior consultants
  • Contributing to team strategy, growth plans, and overall business success
