The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your own desk driving and maintaining new business growth. You’ll be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and consistently achieving strong billing performance. This role is suited to an experienced consultant who is confident managing key accounts, generating revenue, and operating with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business through strategic sales activity and market mapping
- Managing and developing key client accounts
- Delivering the full 360 recruitment cycle at a high standard
- Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Negotiating terms, fees, and complex offers
- Managing and developing candidate pipelines effectively
- Acting as a trusted advisor within your specialist market
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate

- Strong billing history and consistent performance
