SEP Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support high-value infrastructure, nuclear, and oil & gas projects across the UK.
Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote.
You will prepare tender and contract documentation, manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, cost forecasting, and commercial governance as part of an experienced delivery team.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years' experience, and strong communication with stakeholders.
