- Completion of ground floor / internal slab works.
- Remaining lift pit works/snags.
- RC retaining walls and wall returns.
- Plant area foundations, slabs and plinths.
- Remaining foul and surface water drainage.
- Remaining ducting and service routes.
- Backfilling, formation and stone works.
- Car parks, kerbs and block paving.
- Final road works, surfacing, gullies, ironwork and white lining.
- Any remaining external works and close-out items.
The person will also need to:
- Carry out all setting out and engineering.
- Manage levels, coordinates and survey control.
- Maintain and close out QA/ITPs.
- Complete as-built surveys and records.
- Manage subcontractors, labour and plant on site.
- Coordinate with the client and other trades.
- Plan and programme remaining works.
- Identify design/information gaps and keep the works moving.
- Manage H&S and site standards.
- Drive the project through to completion and handover.
Requirements:
- Strong civils/groundworks background.
- Data centre experience preferred.
- Able to manage the job as well as carry out the engineering.
- Engineering qualification.
