Are you an experienced Lining and Patching manager? The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years' experience on patching and lining works. From JetVac cleaning and CCTV surveys to confined space entry and emergency rescue, SEP Drainage provides an unparalleled service to the rail, construction and civils sectors. We're looking for an experienced Lining and Patching manager to join our team to oversee teams and operations for repairing drainage/sewer systems. Your focus will be firmly on efficiency, quality, safety and budget whilst managing resources, subcontractors, client communications and ensuring compliance with standards.
Lining and Patching manager requirements:
- 10+ years experience on lining and patching works
- Experience using blue light, Sewer Tronics, Ambient, Hot cure, and UV lining systems
- Experienced at installing patch liners
- Competent at precision cutting
- Management of multiple patching and lining teams
- Managing the training requirements and training matrix
- Managing procurement and maintenance of materials and equipment
- Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Enforcing Health & Safety, managing site setups, PPE, and risk assessments
