Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Accounting Executive, you will:
- Manage full sets of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Perform group consolidation and IFRS conversion for regional reporting purposes
- Review general ledgers and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules for smooth audit completion
- Monitor engagement timelines and ensure timely delivery of management reports
- Draft and finalize financial statements for ACRA filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Korean clients to align HQ reporting requirements with local compliance
Requirements
- Singapore CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Prior experience in Big 4 or professional firms is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in group consolidation and IFRS conversion is required
- Strong understanding of SFRS
- Familiarity with Singapore GST and corporate tax requirements is advantageous
- Proficiency in Xero, ABSS (MYOB), MS Excel, and IRAS/ACRA filing systems
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements
Language Requirements
Fluency in English is required. Korean language proficiency is highly preferred, due to regular interaction with Korean clients.
