We’re hiring a Junior SEO Manager focused on backlinks, someone with 1 to 2 years of digital marketing or SEO experience who’s ready to step into a management role, lead a small team, and grow fast.
You’ll manage and guide our existing backlink builders, ensure quality control, and make strategic decisions that directly impact our clients' SEO results. This is the perfect role for someone who understands SEO fundamentals and is ready to step into real responsibility with full support and training.

- Fast Track to Senior Leadership: You’ll be mentored by our current Backlink Manager and company founder. The person in this role is moving up in the company, and you’ll be set up to do the same.
- You’re a Manager from Day One: You’ll be responsible for reviewing work, giving feedback, and guiding our team of backlink builders. You won’t just do the work, you’ll manage and improve how it’s done.
- Link Review and Quality Control: Approve backlink opportunities submitted by our team using a proven system. Assess based on metrics and relevance to each client’s niche. Maintain high standards for quality and strategy.
- Managing Monthly Link Goals: Oversee quotas and ensure targets are consistently met. Jump into prospecting or outreach if goals are at risk.
- Leading and Supporting the Backlink Team: Provide feedback, direction, and clear communication to backlink builders and vendors. Track link approvals and follow up to ensure everything goes live and stays live.
- Budget and Strategy Oversight: Balance quality with cost, and continuously look for ways to improve results within budget.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
- Some familiarity with backlinking and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Strong written communication in English.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Excited to lead a team and grow into a senior SEO role.
- Full time, 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Available for at least 3 hours per day between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday.
- Fridays are fully flexible.
