About the Role:

We’re hiring a full‑time Technical SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This role blends audit, implementation, and strategy. You’ll analyze sites, collaborate with developers, and execute fixes that drive measurable growth.

Important: This is a US Eastern Time (EST) role. You must be available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct full technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Identify and fix crawl, indexing, and site architecture issues.
  • Implement and advise on Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, canonicals, and large‑scale optimization projects.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure fixes are implemented properly.
  • Measure performance and report on tangible results such as organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the broader search marketing team (content, paid, backlinks) to align strategies across channels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of technical SEO experience (agency or in‑house).
  • Strong understanding of site structure, page speed, schema, and crawl optimization.
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other major CMS platforms.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working full‑time during EST hours.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and organized. We value people who take ownership and think ahead.

Pay: $3,000–$3,500 USD/month, depending on experience.

100% remote; work from anywhere as long as you can align with EST hours.
