Senior Specialist - Transformation and Technology

Were looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to join our in-office team in Barnsley, working alongside a talented creative team to deliver campaigns that genuinely move the needle for clients. We believe in treating people first, always, and in building a culture of accountability, creativity, and commercial thinking. Optimise on-page content, copy, and landing pages. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the team to implement SEO best practices. Track, analyse, and report on organic performance. Work closely with our in-house designers, developers, and account managers. Audit websites and implement on-page optimisations. Build and maintain content strategies (blog silos, pillar pages). Were looking for someone whos commercially aware, data-driven, and positive in the face of challenges. Your impact will directly contribute to agency growth, helping us achieve our ambitious goals and scale our SEO function. Clarity and Quality 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house). ~ Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and content SEO. ~ Proficiency in SEO tools: Ability to analyse data and translate into clear actions. ~ Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress and Webflow. Understanding of CRO and digital PR. Strong writing or briefing skills for content. Based in/around South Yorkshire (role is in-office, Barnsley).
