Our brand has strong organic traction through our Agency Growth Club podcast, YouTube channel, and LinkedIn presence and now we’re ready to scale. We’re hiring our first Growth Marketing Specialist to build a predictable, scalable growth engine that drives qualified leads every month.
The Role
You’ll lead the full growth marketing function, from strategy to execution, owning all aspects of demand generation, funnel optimisation and marketing automation.
Your mission: generate 5 qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) per month through a mix of paid and organic channels. You’ll test, learn, and scale what works, whether that’s LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, paid newsletters or CRO experiments.
This is both a builder and operator role: you’ll get deep into campaigns, analytics and automation while also shaping the long-term growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth strategy and funnel performance across paid, organic and email channels.
- Launch, test, and scale LinkedIn Ads (initial priority), followed by other paid channels that show ROI.
- Manage Go High Level CRM and automation workflows, ensuring clean data, nurturing and conversion tracking.
- Build and optimise lead capture funnels, retargeting flows and website conversion paths.
- Collaborate with the content team to repurpose high-performing content from LinkedIn, YouTube and the podcast into lead‑gen campaigns.
- Develop and monitor key metrics: SQLs, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rate, cost per lead and pipeline ROI.
- Build reporting dashboards and growth experiments from scratch.
- Present weekly results, learnings and next steps directly to the CEO.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in B2B professional services marketing (agency background)
- Proven ability to build and optimise lead generation funnels from zero.
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation and CRM systems.
- A data‑driven mindset, you track and optimise based on outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, lean environment with high autonomy.
- Both strategic and tactical, you can design the system and get your hands dirty executing it.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar.

- 12 months: You’ve established a repeatable demand gen system and begun expanding to new channels, building the roadmap for future marketing hires.
