We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Waiter/Waitress / Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.. **Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
- Providing attentive and knowledgeable customer service.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods.
- Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the café.
- Handling payments and operating the till accurately.
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
- Recommending menu items and enhancing the guest experience through confident upselling.
