The Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Mid-Weight Packaging Designer to join our creative team at our Hemel Hempstead HQ. In this role, you will be responsible for developing beautiful, functional, and premium packaging for our evolving portfolio of beauty devices and topical skincare. You will bridge the gap between high-tech engineering and luxury retail, ensuring our packaging provides an unboxing experience that reflects our brand's excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Production Design: Utilise Adobe Illustrator as your primary tool to develop complex die lines and print-ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all packaging artwork meets strict UK legal requirements, including the correct placement of INCI lists, manufacturer details, and country of origin.
  • Technical Accuracy: Manage the generation and placement of EAN barcodes, QR codes, and industry-standard symbols with absolute precision.
  • Licensing Integration: Work across licensed product lines, ensuring all partner brand guidelines and legal trademarks are correctly represented and approved.
  • Full-Cycle Design: Develop packaging from initial concept through to final production, ensuring structural integrity for electronic beauty devices.
  • Supplier Liaison: Communicate directly with manufacturers and printers to manage material samples, special finishes (foil, embossing, spot UV), and colour matching.
