Sentry Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 700 residential units across a range of established developments. The portfolio includes a number of high-quality and luxury developments, requiring a consistent and professional approach to service delivery, communication, and ongoing maintenance management.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for delivering effective day-to-day property management, maintaining strong owner and committee relationships, and ensuring coordinated oversight of both maintenance and financial performance across multiple developments.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of a residential factoring portfolio
- Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple developments
- Regular site inspections and contractor oversight
- Management of owner and committee communications
- Preparation of clear, structured estate and development reports
- Monitoring of service charge budgets, expenditure, and cashflow
- Liaison with accounts team on financial and budget matters
- Organisation and chairing of AGMs and owner meetings
- Ensuring consistent service standards across all developments
- Proven experience in Scottish property factoring / residential block management
- Strong working knowledge of CPL software
- Experience managing maintenance programmes across multiple sites
- Confident in managing owner communication and service-related issues
- Experience producing reports for owners and committees
- Experience chairing and managing AGMs and formal meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
