Sentry Management Limited is seeking an experienced Factoring Accounts Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong working knowledge of CPL software and proven experience within Scottish property factoring accounts. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the financial management of a residential portfolio, ensuring full compliance with client accounting standards, accurate billing, robust reconciliation processes, and clear reporting to both internal stakeholders and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of client factoring accounts using CPL
- Preparation and issuance of quarterly factoring and service charge invoices
- Processing supplier invoices and managing scheduled payment runs
- Maintaining and reconciling client bank accounts
- Full ledger management and development-level account reconciliation
- Monitoring arrears and managing credit control procedures
- Assisting with debt recovery processes where required
- Preparation of annual service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations
- Supporting Directors with portfolio-level financial reporting
- Assisting with audit preparation and compliance documentation where required
Essential Experience & Skills
- Demonstrable experience in Scottish property factoring accounts
- Strong, practical working knowledge of CPL software (essential)
- Experience issuing service charge/factoring invoices and managing collections
- Proven experience in bank reconciliation and ledger control within a property environment
- High level of financial accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet billing deadlines
