Kick-Start your career with a recognised leader in the aircraft parts industry. Our Specialist Trainee Programme is designed to support your drive and ambition to enable you to become an integral part of the business in our commercial department. In this role you will get to start your training in various departments and be introduced to Sentry Aerospares Sales, Repairs, Inventory, Logistics and Procurement processes, before starting your career in a Sales Administration and developing towards a Sales Executive role (hopefully one day a Regional Sales Manager). From the offset you will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge through structured training and guidance by some of the most experienced people in our industry as well as your assigned mentor, enabling you to excel in this sales based role.
