Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a growing national facilities management business. We are now looking to recruit a HR Manager & Head Office Operations Lead to take full ownership of our HR function while leading the day-to-day operations of our head office. This is a senior, hands-on role with direct exposure to Directors and real responsibility for shaping how the business operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR activity across the business (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR admin)
  • Manage employee relations including disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Work with external HR advisors to ensure full legal compliance
  • Oversee head office operations and admin team workflow
  • Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting
  • Support Directors with operational and staffing decisions

About You

  • Proven experience in HR and/or office management
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident handling sensitive HR matters
  • Able to take ownership and drive standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in multi-site or fast-paced environments is desirable
