Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning and facilities management contracts across the North West. We are looking for a proven Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager with experience in multi-site management, service delivery, team leadership and customer relationship management. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the operational delivery of multiple commercial cleaning contracts
- Managing, coaching, and developing Account Managers, Supervisors, and site teams
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Conducting site audits and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
- Managing labour costs, budgets, contract profitability, and KPIs
- Driving Health and Safety compliance across all sites
