Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning and facilities management contracts across the North West. We are looking for a proven Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager with experience in multi-site management, service delivery, team leadership and customer relationship management

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the operational delivery of multiple commercial cleaning contracts
- Managing, coaching, and developing Account Managers, Supervisors, and site teams
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Conducting site audits and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
- Managing labour costs, budgets, contract profitability, and KPIs
- Driving Health & Safety compliance and quality standards
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development
- Identifying opportunities for contract growth and additional services
- Ensuring operational excellence across all sites within your region
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in Contract Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, or Soft Services
- Proven experience managing multi‑site operations and remote teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer management skills
- Strong commercial awareness with budget and KPI management experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
