Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a multi-million pound rapidly expanding Contract Cleaning and Facility Management Company. Founded in 2009, Sentrex provides a wide variety of services to commercial businesses across various industries including Food Hygiene, Warehouse & Distribution, Education & Financial Services.
Currently employing around 500 employees across the UK, with around 20 based in our Head Office in Greater Manchester, we are looking to recruit a talented Regional Operations Manager due to retirement.

The Opportunity:
As Operations Manager, you will manage the operational processes for the Region, supporting Cleaning Account Managers in service delivery across 150 cleaning contracts throughout the Northwest. Your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Successful management of the team through monthly 1-2-1s, appraisals and regular team meetings
- Planning & organising diaries to ensure operational excellence at all times
- Driving a culture of teamwork & customer service excellence
- Building & maintaining successful Client relationships & driving service excellence
- Controlling contract operations for your area including management of budgets, expenditure, client satisfaction, service delivery, quality control checks
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in line with company regulations regarding Health & Safety & Environmental Policies
- Developing existing contracts in relation to continuous service improvement as well as upselling & cross selling of services
- Coaching & developing your team to ensure service excellence
- Managing the mobilisation of new contracts ensuring a smooth transition from the commercial team to the operations team
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders across the business
