Business Systems & Improvement Manager to lead our business systems, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving processes, implementing technology solutions and working closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR and Compliance.
You will play a key role in ensuring our systems, data, reporting and processes support the next phase of Sentrex's growth and development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise business-critical systems and applications.
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Support digital transformation projects across the business.
- Develop and maintain operational and management reporting.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, efficiencies and opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between Sentrex and external technology partners.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Share Point and wider business platforms.
- Manage user access, permissions and system administration.
- Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.
- Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled business processes and intelligent agents.
- Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
- Deliver training and support to colleagues across the business.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and system implementations.
