Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking a driven, commercially focused Business Development Manager to support growth across our contract cleaning and Facilities Management division. This is a new business-focused role where you will convert high-quality inbound leads generated through marketing and PPC campaigns, alongside developing additional opportunities through your own proactive activity. You will take full ownership of the sales process, from initial enquiry and site survey through to pricing, tender submission, and contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound, pre-qualified leads into new contracts
- Develop additional opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct site surveys and design tailored service solutions
- Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and tenders
- Manage the full sales cycle through to contract award
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Work with operations to ensure smooth mobilisation of new contracts
Must-Have Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in contract cleaning, soft services, FM, or service-led B2B sales
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Ability to price cleaning/FM contracts (labour, specifications, frequencies)
- Ability to convert inbound leads and build pipeline
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within commutable distance of Manchester
Highly Advantageous
- Experience with PQQ / ITT tender processes
- Conducting site surveys
- Understanding of TUPE in FM contracts
- Existing North West network or pipeline
