We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Service Support Coordinator to join our Manchester head office team. This is a key support role focused on keeping operations running smoothly. You will help manage stock, process orders, support customers, and ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The Role

  • Maintain accurate stock control for uniforms, materials, and consumables.
  • Process and track orders, credits, amendments, and closures.
  • Handle calls, emails, and customer queries professionally.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support operations managers and core administrative processes.
