Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a growing national facilities management business. We are now looking to recruit a HR Manager & Head Office Operations Lead to take full ownership of our HR function while leading the day-to-day operations of our head office.
This is a senior, hands-on role with direct exposure to Directors and real responsibility for shaping how the business operates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all HR activity across the business (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR admin)
- Manage employee relations including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Work with external HR advisors to ensure full legal compliance
- Oversee head office operations and admin team workflow
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting
- Support Directors with operational and staffing decisions
- Proven experience in HR and/or office management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident handling sensitive HR matters
- Able to take ownership and drive standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in multi-site or fast-paced environments is desirable
- Senior role with real influence and responsibility
