We are seeking a dedicated Area Support professional to join our team in the UK. Based at our office in ANCOATS, MANCHESTER M4, you will play a vital role in supporting our cleaning and facility management operations, ensuring high standards of service that align with our company's values.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To support the account manager to achieve consistent standards in 8 sites around the Ancoats and Piccadilly areas.
  • The job will involve working evenings at the sites to assist the teams in ensuring that all areas on the schedule are completed to standard.
  • Auditing the sites on a weekly basis and taking action to ensure any areas identified are rectified immediately.
  • Covering any absences.
  • Meeting with the account manager on a regular basis to feedback any staff issues.
  • Have a knowledge of daytime operations so that they can step in to cover if required.
  • Additional hours are required to cover any daytime absences.
