We deliver industrial cleaning, specialist cleaning, window cleaning, grounds maintenance, washroom services, waste management and more. We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Multi Service Manager to oversee operations across several service lines, including Industrial Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll lead teams, plan schedules, manage clients, and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage industrial, window and grounds maintenance work schedules.
  • Lead, develop and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Carry out site visits, inspections and ensure all RAMS and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage performance, holidays, absences and staff issues when required.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries professionally.
  • Allocate tasks based on site surveys, cleaning methods and operational requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery across all allocated sites.
  • Identify improvements, efficiencies and opportunities to expand services.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in managing cleaning, industrial services or multi‑site FM operations.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and time‑management skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate staff at all levels.
  • Confident communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where no two days are the same.
  • Positive, proactive and service‑focused.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
