At Sentrex, we're looking for a Head of Digital Systems & AI to help shape the future of our business.
Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll lead the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation, business intelligence and AI-powered solutions across the organisation.
We're not looking for someone to simply maintain systems.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading our Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Driving Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across the business
- Building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Creating dashboards, reporting and business intelligence
- Improving and integrating business systems across the organisation
- Identifying smarter, faster and more scalable ways of working
- Turning ideas into real business improvements
- Helping shape the future of technology and AI at Sentrex
Who We're Looking For
- You might already have experience managing Microsoft 365.
- You might be building Power Automate workflows in your current role.
- You might be the person who is always testing the latest AI tools before everyone else.
- Most importantly, you're ambitious, curious and excited by technology.
- We're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, take ownership and build a long-term career in digital systems, automation and AI.
Essential Skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Experience with Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Experience with Copilot, Power Platform or automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
