Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify inbound enquiries
- Support pricing, quotations and proposals
- Manage CRM records and sales activity
- Coordinate client and subcontractor communications
- Book surveys and appointments
- Help convert enquiries into new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Ambition to build a career in Business Development
- Customer service, administration or sales experience
- Experience dealing with clients or enquiries
- Knowledge of facilities management or contract cleaning
