Lancashire Role Mid Level Business Analyst (B2B Commerce) Contract - Outside IR35 - 12 months! I need a mid-level but First Class Business Analyst to join this new programme. The role is to drive improvements across my clients B2B ecommerce and business systems . You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Data teams and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and business outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating risks, options and recommendations. Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and bug reports. Investigate system, integration and data issues to identify root causes and support resolution. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
