e-Commerce Business Analyst – E-commerce Transformation | Supply Chain - RETAIL London (Hybrid) | Contract – Outside IR35 | Urgent Start.
You'll act as the vital link between commercial and technical teams – turning complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to gather and refine business requirements
- Map as-is/to-be processes, define integration points, and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, managing delivery from planning through execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tech partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
