What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating risks, options and recommendations.
- Analyse and improve B2B commerce processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and bug reports.
- Investigate system, integration and data issues to identify root causes and support resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality and ways of working.
