An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Sales Support Executive to join a growing Managed Technology Provider based in Reading. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced Sales Support Executive, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Order Processor, or Sales Operations Administrator with experience in Managed Print, IT Services, MSP or Technology environments. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating installations, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals for the sales team.
- Process customer orders from purchase order through to installation.
- Coordinate installation dates with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Manage purchasing, sales order processing and customer updates.
