Private Client Locum Solicitor – Complex Trusts & Estates
3 Months Contract (Full or Part Time)
Remote/Home Based
My client a leading Legal practice are looking to recruit a Locum Private Client Solicitor on a 3 month contract to join their Private Client Practice to focus on the delivery of Complex and large value Trusts & Estates work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering a mixed case load of advisory work for Private client team – focussed on Complex and large value Trusts & Estates
- Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents \”value for money”.
- Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as registering existing Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Drafting declarations of trust for jointly owned property
- Guiding clients through the process of obtaining Grants of Representation
- Overseeing the full administration of estates, including drafting deeds of variation
About you:
- Robust background in Private Client arena especially Complex Trusts & Estates
- Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to plan workloads and resources effectively
- Excellent client care and client support skills
