My client are recruiting for a HR Advisor to provide HR Business Partner and HR Administration support for a SME, owning HR administration, Compliance with employment legislation and contributing to various HR initiatives
Duties
- Mange employee lifecycle (on-boarding and off-boarding of employees)
- HR Administration and Compliance, creating and managing Policies
- Own recruitment & Talent management
- Maintaining accurate employee records on HR system
- Ensuring all HR documentation complies with legal and company standards
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing and administering employee benefits
- HR Projects & Systems – supporting implementation of new policies and procedures
- Assisting with Employee Wellbeing
