We have an opportunity for 3 x Service Engineers based in the London Area, covering North London, South London and Central London clients respectively. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, growing Managed Service Provider.

We're looking for Service Engineers with a strong background in Managed Print Services (MPS). Working within an established team, you'll provide support across MFDs and Desktop Printers, as well as some Laptop support, ensuring timely responses and fault resolutions across a broad portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to clients for managed print services across installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional printers, photocopiers, scanners, and office equipment.
  • Complete preventative maintenance visits.
  • Provide technical advice and user guidance to customers.
  • Configure devices for network environments including TCP/IP, print drivers, scan-to-email, cloud services, and document management solutions.
